About

I am a licensed Physical Therapist who specializes with current and former gymnasts. I have 15 years of experience as a competitive USAG artistic gymnast and gymnastics coach. My physical therapy treatments consist of a holistic approach with an emphasis on manual therapy, functional and sport specific movement, and mental health awareness. My focus is to help each patient return to a better functional and active lifestyle while preventing further injuries.
